If you are trying to have a faster car at the track than eliminate the heat riser.....but really, how much faster will it be to eliminate it?
I just answered your question, leave it on.
If it were my car.....I would restore it all to 100% stock appearing and everything working as is it should. People will appreciate it much more of what you are doing to the car. Plus it will be worth more all original :-)
You can still enjoy racing it at PSMCDR's - heat riser and all.
