Starting to get a little ansty for the new motor to come from the builder now. Had to swap cranks around as the first one didn't fit and that's what caused the delay. Callies shipped me another crank that they first turned down so the counter weights would clear a stock GM block. Now that it's come back it'll be balanced up with some heavy metal added to achieve the required bob weight. I dropped off a couple parts to the machinist on Thursday and he was getting set to finish up the balancing. Block has since been finished up, lifter valley cleaned and cam bearings installed. I'm thinking the rest should finish up real soon and we'll run the motor in a week or two. Once the Crossram is mated up it should soon be moving into the car. I think I can see a glimmer of light now, but hope I can stay focused while embarking upon an aggressive new business start-up this year.

A couple shots before it's all finished up and ready to run.
