Lloyd Reuss passed away last Friday at age 86.

I was so excited when I heard Lloyd Reuss and Bob Stempel were going to be leading General Motors. They were my "dream team".
Unfortunately - that didn't last long. Mr Reuss was always known as a snappy dresser. I saw him at the McDonalds there on South Blvd and Woodward a few years back. Very nice suit, and tucked his napkin into his shirt color to create a bib before enjoying his Big Mac. K

I met him a few times at GM’s R&D center. Sharp guy, and his son is also legendary in these parts.

I saw him one time speaking with Herb Fishel at Chevy Central Office and yes, dressed impeccably. I had heard he was in a memory care facility recently. There was an estate sale at his home a few months ago which I went to and found this which I was elated to get since I wasn’t able to get there until the second day.
