I am. I can't find a repro that's all one panel. Looking really close at the one in that car it looks like it may have a plate on it too. My car has A/C & heat so I guess mine would look like his when I put the block off plate on it, or as close as possible anyway.

The pic I posted is a repro, radio delete face plate, but it's all 1 piece, not like original with an add on plate for the radio hole. Top hole is heater controls and bottom is ash tray.

Does any company make a dash radio repair panel for 67/68 Camaros? The only thing I see is the entire dash assembly. Looks like I'll have to repair the dash anyway to use this delete panel.

Since you are just going to cover the area, I would fashion a panel by hand from sheet and weld or rivet it in... It only needs to hold the delete plate.
