stripe is in the right spot on the fenders for a w-30 i believe...did you look under the hood for holes in the fender liners? looks like drum brakes too....warrants further investigation..

Look for AC too to rule out the W-30.

But, sure, while the stripe was optional, it was standard with the W-30 package. Never hurts to be curious. In fact, you could get stripe-delete on W-30s, so never hurts to be curious period!
