I spoke to Bill McNamara and he informed me that is, indeed, his dad and the car pictured was sold through the family Chevy store and then drag raced. He told me his uncle still owns the Chevy store in Iowa.

I wasn't aware there were any docs related to the Harrell connection on this car, just a lot of talk. And I usually find when the current owner says that the original owner is referenced as having items from the car "for sale" it's often a dead end. Why not just buy them and let them add to the value of the car? Because it's not that easy, that's why. If it was he'd have 'em. Not being cynical just run across this guy in the past is all. Remember this car is NOT a copo. 90k is Tin Soldier money and this ain't Tin Soldier by a long shot. </div></div> Rat Patrol is for sale for less $, and is a real Scuncio COPO and has no damage......
