I have two original springs from a 69 SS396 if someone else happens to sell you a set of bare hinges.

I have a pair of 69 hinges that have been redone, taken apart, blasted, painted, new rivets and springs...if any interest I know not exactly what you wanted, but pm if interested. Best of luck.
