Default Yenko dealership building

Poor quality, as it was taken from a much smaller photo. I would guess in the early '60s, judging by the cars in the lot. ???

Judging by the Camaros parked in front, I would say this is from 1968. Kind of interesting, we always assoicate Yenko Chevrolet as selling musclecars, but here, right along side of the SS Camaros, are pickups. Could those be "super trucks"?

Might add, it took a lot of arm twsiting to get the estate to release these to me, as they had always been very protective of such pictures. Since acquiring them I have enjoyed sharing them, including in a major muscle car publication (no longer in publication). As far as I know, these are the only two from that era known to exist, at least that have I seen of the outside. I do have a couple of the inside.

I see a little peek of a big ol' white Biscayne in the far right corner too... maybe a 427 2 door sedan? Nah, its probably a 4 door 6 cylinder 3 on the tree, but who knows!

...Reminds me of this car a buddy of mine sold a few months ago!

I have shared them with a couple of media companys, and this was the picture used for the drawing/poster entitled "Don's Place", by David Synder. Of course, once you let go of one, some folks use it and give you credit, others do not. Same as posting on here, how long till some of them are for sale on Ebay or elsewhere? Oh well, the nature of the beast I guess. Enjoy, plenty more to come, plus Yenko documents.
