Do any of you guys know the correct dimensions for a lug nut and washer for direct-bolt Cragar S/S wheels?

Saw the below linked/pictured ad a week or so back for a couple nos Cragar #9005 Lug nut 4-packs.
Are these still available new, near me if not and you need 'em Tony?
