Here is the list of Automobile Magazines top 100 best cars of all time.

I see that they are out of their minds on some of them. No Yenko or Motion cars at all. and when at #19 a '64 LINCON rag top is ahead of a Contach something is wrong. Then a Jeep CJ is higher than some Ferrari's they are just not in touch with the automotive world. Perhaps we should voice our disaproval and boycott their magazine if that is the way they feel..?

This list is a POS in my opinion so please don't get mad at me. I want to go on record up front that they are out of touch with the real world. The only Camaro that even made the list is # 31. 1967-68 Chevrolet Camaro SS?

I guess they never heard of a '69 or '70 Z-28 which is two of my favorite Camaro's ever made and they didn't even make the list? Much less a BB Camaro. But at # 5. a Citroën DS is near the top of the list and a Pantera didn't even make it I am pissed. I would think it should have made the list over a # 78. 1940 Cadillac 60 Special..???

I predect that they will catch hell over this list.

96. 1987 GNX http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dunno.gif Deserves better ranking.

It is bad enough the some very popular Chevy models did not make the list but not to include the Mustang is just wrong! http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bs.gif

At least the Nova did not make the "10 Uncoolest Cars Ever".

Boycott? I don't read that mag anyway, come to think of it, nobody in my age bracket does. That should give you an indication as to why they list the cars they do http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/naughty.gif

What would you expect from a magazine that is staffed by a bunch that came from CAR & DRIVER and MOTOR TREND and think they are on the cutting edge. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsdown.gif

The whole idea of these lists is to generate controversy, which hopefully will help to sell magazines. some of the choices mystify me, but then I didn't put the list together either.

Here's a picture of the 72 Iso Griffo. The series II was powered by a 427 Corvette engine while others were powered by other Chevy and even Ford engines. The bodies were designed by Bertone. Check out the pic attached.

Gotta love #100!! I've always wanted one anyway, the 23 window with the sliding cloth roof and the safari windows!! They have become A tad pricey over the years. By the way the VW microbus holds the title for the largest emblem on any vehichle ever produced... I'm sure you all wanted to know that http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

In Detroit we always called it the "Volkswagon Babymaker".
