What is RPO K02? Something about a fan?
I'm looking at an original sales invoice for a '68 SS 'velle with an L34, M40, and a 3.55 G80 - with option K02. I'm curious what this option was for, it's one of several unusual options on this car.

While I'm at it, how about a '69 Camaro with the following steering options:
N33: Comfortilt steering wheel
N40: Power steering
N44: Special steering equip.
What is N44?

From the net: KO2 - Thermomodulated clutch fan
And N44 is a quick ratio box (Z28) I believe...20:1 ratio

Damnn that's a big word http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif I wonder why they would call that out separately, it's not an a/c car either - the things that make you go.... hmmmmm.

http://www.camaros.org/options.shtml#RPOSpreadsheet lists all the RPO's.
That was a loaded car! But notice no console, guages, speed warning. Basic loaded cruiser, aka Mom's Car.

That KO2 has me thinking down south or the desert.

My 68 Chevelle has KO2, sometimes called heavy duty cooling. Mine was sold in Alabama. It could be an added option for towing, southern heat, high trafic areas in heat, etc.

That looks like a 69 invoice for a Z28 since it only shows J52 Power Disc Brakes and 67-68 would need the J50 along with the J52.

68 J52 included J50. 67 was the only year you could get manual discs.

My bad, I thought Jerry's book showed the 67 and 68 needed the J50 and J52. So it was 67 only that needed both.
