Thanks for all the cool responses. This is one rare 71 Cuda. It is a real cool car. I have to take pics of the tags. Here is the window sticker etc. And some trunk pics.

:headbang:The address on the "Ship To" & "Sold to" in incorrect. The dealership is still there @ 900 South Brand Blvd. The Grand address in in a residential neighborhood.

Beautiful 'Cuda!

Where did you find this info? :dunno:

There is no way to know exactly how many had this interior.

442w30 07-28-2017 04:44 AM

So then where did this number come from?

the427king 07-28-2017 04:54 AM

Im actually surprised it wasnt less than 35...nice car

They made over 3,000 Camaros in the same color combo, so why such low expectations for this?

Anyway, I have paperwork from Chrysler that shows how many cars were built by option, but it doesn't specify interior colors. However, I do know there's some info floating around that isn't included in the docs that I have (exterior color), hence my curiosity.

Sometimes people use a report from Galien Govier that states that it is one of 35 71 'cudas that HE HAS DECODED or seen with this interior.

Since he never saw ever car it is highly misleading.

An interesting fact about the 1971 'Cuda . . .

If you ordered the base engine (383-4V) and added A/C you couldn't order the optional E60x15 RWL tires:
