There is some info on line if you Google it. As a matter of fact there was a pic of the one I worked at just a few blocks away from my parents house, it was closed down. I carved my nickname "'MOJO' was here" in the paint on the front of the building. I don't think it lasted much past the 70's.


Can't find the pic now but the address where that Burger Chef was 2383 Piedmont Rd, is 1/2 mile from home. Probably long gone now. There use to be a Bra company across from it called 'Lovable Brassier Co', we use to hill climb behind the factory on our dirt bikes.

No photos but the guy seeking the original owner of his LT1 in the previously posted link indicated his car had a Central dealer emblem.

Thanks Pete, I PM'd the Corvette Forum members from the linked thread who stated they had cars originally sold by Central Chevrolet in hopes they have dealer swag, ID (emblems, decals etc) or dealership photos they can share. I also posted a Craigslist wanted ad last week in the Atlanta market for memorabilia from Central Chevrolet however no hits as yet.

If the 'Vette forum guy w/ the LT1 replies, make sure to compare his '70 w/ the below linked SYC thread where GRB mentioned he bought a new '70 LT1 @ Central Atlanta...maybe the same car also was GRB a tire guy?

Saw your postings on the 'Vette site &amp; elsewhere too, any luck yet?
Have you tried searching for old dealership pictures &amp; newspaper ads, there's often something if you just dig a little deeper for it!
