My buddy from Manheim/Lititz Pa is the one who purchased the car from Car Village rite after the Hot Rod magazine article came out, I believe it was 1980 ?( Actually traded a Turquoise LS6 Chevelle) he was only 18 or 19 at the time. Car was street raced and just beat on as any teenager would with such a car would !!! Needless to say after losing his license his father took the car from him , and eventually is was sold or traded towards a Custom Chevy van

Yep ! that's it !!! When he would be out raising hell the local cops wouldn't even chase him anymore, they would just go park across the street from his parents house and wait for him to come home.
