I'm not sure if this is going to help, but here are .jpg files sent to me from Bob Cardillo (RIP) when he was creating the stencils for the brake hoses....the date codes are for January 1970, but may be able to modify the files to be date correct for other applications.

Date code is B 11 03 0 which is: March 11, 1970 second shift of the form:

Shift(letter 2nd=B), day of month(2 digits = 11), month (2 digits = 03), and last number of year (1970=0)
