The transport truck is still connected to the trailer, and there is another p/u involved. I would not blame the transporter, accidents happen. other truck could have crossed the centerline or ran a stop sign.

I wonder if that other pickup was on the the trailer? Looks like they all rolled together.

I sold a Miller Meteor this year and while its not a restored car yet, it meant the world to the guy that was going to restore it. These don't grow on trees so it was a big deal to the new owner. He should have paid more for a better freight company. I hate to see stuff this happen.

Damn, that ambulance is a sad deal too.

Wow, the entire fifth wheel hitch platform pulled out of the truck's bed.

I just shipped a vehicle from mi to NC. When the driver got to my house As he had driven all night from NC. He told me he was heading to Il , 5+ hours away, to pick up another car, then back to NC. He owned the co. And mentioned time is money. The point of all this, as you probably figured by now, is these folks run hard and time is money. I don’t know if this was the case here but it is a reminder that if the transporter is cheaper there may be a reason, BB.

No idea if it had anything to do with the accident, but I wouldn’t attempt to pull that trailer down the road the way the car was loaded. With another car, or two on the trailer, ok, but not that car by itself loaded the way it was.

Too high
I’ve never liked that type of trailer. Seems as if your load would be top heavy. A lower center of gravity is always best IMO.
