Rumbleguts I'm appreciative of any info. I have only seen two for sale in the last few years, yours and the pic of the tired looking one.
LOL I own the tired looking one. It is a Moroso that has never been installed, I has been shuffled around and trade hands a dozen times over the past 40 years. I bought it about 1 year ago.
Is it pin on or bolt on? If the latter I'd be interested, I saw the ad too and I dithered. I'm glad to find out where it went, it haunted my dreams that I did not follow up.

I'm running a Glasstek Sunoco hood but have wanted to run a hood just like this.
The moroso hood is a pin on, I beleive they were all pin on.
I'd still be interested if you ever sold it.
Yes, Mine is a pin on also. ROB
Yeah in your pics it's very obvious because it looks thinner.
But the other one I was not so sure. Even so I'd be interested in buying the other one because I could have it replicated as a bolt-on, heck I'd even consider going pin-on lol. |

So I did chat with Glasstek and they will mold whatever scoop I find to one of their offerings.
Speedway does sell a few versions of this scoop in different heights. Does it look to you guys like the Moroso hood is molded to a cowl style hood? Here is a pic of one of the Speedway scoops: |
Is this hood for your LS powered car? Wondering if that is also the yellow car that currently has a large pro-stock style cowl induction hood?
