Just to be clear the situation that took place was between Rich and another member. Rich contacted me and we felt it wasn't in the best interest of the site that he continue as a sponsor. We left it that he would explain his side of what occurred and resolve outstanding issues at some time in the future. He recently contacted me, and I owe him a call back.

Rich has always done right by me and the site. He certainly provides a valuable service and I have purchased from him for years.

Unfortunately with these accusations we need to contact our attorney. Out of respect for the community this will be our only public responce. And I respect Steve's decision and actually recommended that to him that I be removed as a sponsor and member until this is resolved. Once this is all settled I will be happy to answer any and all questions or concerns that our customers have.

Rich has been a deep source of knowledge for GM fasteners, generous with his time, always willing to respond to questions, and from my many years of dealings with him a go-to source for hard to find fasteners and various bits that few sellers have the patience to deal with. In the last couple of years with his wife's help he's stepped up his business with prompt shipping and a contemporary social media presence. Its regrettable that Rich has moved on however many of us will continue to deal with him as he's a one of one.

I too have had many positive experiences with purchases from Rich and he has been exceedingly helpful in sourcing original hardware for our projects. I agree with Lloyd's statement above that it seems no one else in the hobby provides this valuable service.

A shout out and thank you to Rich, I've been looking for a pair of FP bolts for my 67 L-71 Corvette roadster for a couple of years and for those of you who are familiar with these gems they are impossible to find. Rich located a set for me at a very fair price. Many thanks!

I too bought many fasteners from Rich, and will continue to do so. Really enjoyed all my transactions with him.

I to have done a lot of business with Rich for my 72 Nova and getting the correct bolts, etc. I will continue to do business with him and he has been great to deal with and always answers my questions. Rich has a lot of experience in this field and urge anyone looking for correct hardware check with Rich. Never had an issue with him, prompt shipping too. Fair guy who loves what he does to help us car people.
