Personally, I NEVER dealt with anyone in this industry (we can't call it a hobby any longer.... even if that is what it is to me and many of you!!!) who gave me more personalized service and went above and beyond what I expected, than Eric.
I get EXACTLY what he is saying about the 5% in the Corvette community. When I purchased my first Corvette in 2017 or 2018 (70 LT1) I started searching for just a few little parts that I needed. I was ridiculed by a few guys on one of the Corvette forums for things completely unrelated to my hobby. Needless to say, I haven't been back often. By contrast, the Corvette guys on this forum are nothing but helpful and supportive. |
Nothing but praise for the man! Eric did an awesome resurrection on the absolutely destroyed Quadrajet I used for my Gramma's Firebird. I know Gramma is looking down and nodding her head approvingly saying: "Such a nice carburetor man. And so talented, too!"

Eric is the 'carb' man! Just finished up a Carb for my W-31 and Bandit T/A. Thank you for your prompt and professional service.

Eric has done several carbs for me. The first was a Q-Jet that had been through two other prominent shops and still ran like crap. Now it runs better than new. I am his customer for life! - Bill W

Agree 100% with Eric, I was a judge for the Ncrs group, it got so bad that I sold my Ls6 because I wanted nothing to do with that group ever again.
Not all corvette people are bad, but too many of them are so bad, that people must resort to distance yourself from them. I am talking about the C2 crowd mostly. |
----I have lost count of the carbs that Eric has done for me. He even went thru the (very small) Weber carb on my wife's Fiat Jolly and now she can actually start it. A while back I stopped telling Corvette guys that I know are, let's just say, compromised upstairs about Eric, and that was even before he made this decision. I also was a many many year member of NCRS (back to the Sam Folz days) and stopped back about 10 years ago. The pettiness was just crazy. I did, just lately resume the membership, but just to keep up with the good friends that I had been missing. Eric is the man!!!.....Bill S

Eric is the best. Not too much else to say.
I could only wish that a lot of business's would take the same professional approach he does. His work is spectacular and his stuff just works perfectly. Paul |
LOL,you can't recommend Eric highly enough in todays world.
I had a complete stranger @ a local car cruise ask me who should he send his Holley to,I told him about Eric. He said he was still skeptical & wasn't sure. I preached some more Eric to him,but he still wasn't convinced. I then told him that I will pay the full bill that Eric will charge him, including both ways shipping too,if he wasn't 100% satisfied,no questions asked. He sent his carb off to Eric later that week, once it was returned to him,he installed it on his Chevelle & called me up to say I can keep my money. |
That's really sad to hear that about Corvette guys. I don't own one now but I'm in the process of buying a 66 L72 coupe that has been sitting a while. I've never used Eric but have only heard great things about him and his work. Can anyone else recommend someone.
