Is that the '55 w/ the R-R Merlin motor? . Wasn't it from down under....maybe flew back on it's own??? . I've never seen much on it yet....any detail pics you can share? .

Saw it this morning. That was a nice little piece on the '55... WOW! that thing is cool. I like the way it blows the side of the road clean. -street cleaner in more ways that one.

I realize this post is going to get me flamed and possibly banned from the forum but I think it needs to be said. If Charley's supersnake is "super" how come they only built one? Shelby an astute car guy realized this turd wouldn't fly and built one and had a hard time finding one sucker to buy this turd in 1967 and into 1968. Yes it is the Prowler paint episode and the Bentley Continental plus the 55 but on their site they call it a 56.
