Re: 1969 SS Nova 19,538 mi 396 375hp
I am no longer interested in this Nova.....I perceived car as a survivor, unmolested car...which apparently is not the case.
Thanks to those few, who Emailed or called me, offering help and advice. |

Yep, schoneye sure is 'wild' https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...ns/naughty.gif [/quote Hell, I havn't been wild in 20 years. Mentally out of control might apply though. I visited with a person with knowledge of this car today. I think it sounds like good potential for a project, with what sounds like enough paperwork to verify what it originally was. Kind of a reverse situation from most. Some have parts, and clues to lead you to the conclusion that they most likely were L78s. This one appears to have paper proof that it was a L78. I guess if you start with a sure thing, vrs a maybe, it ought to count on the plus side. Startin price is pretty high. Maybe half that and see where it goes. Personally I love those old B body Danas in 3rd gen novas. And you ain't gonna break it. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...iggthumpup.gif |
Re: 1969 SS Nova 19,538 mi 396 375hp
As of 7pm Thur nite the car sold!!!! Hefty deposit taken and the car will be picked up this Sat. Thanks for everyones interest in the car. I received plenty of serious calls for the car early this morning(7:30 am) ,except for one guy out of Iowa a genuine tire kicker. The rest of you that called seemed very serious. I showed the car today and he was very pleased. Better condition than I described to him. Done deal, car sold and thanks for everyones interest.
