I have never seen the Playboy edition she did. Future collectible. Real shame nice to see Ryan stuck by her side at the end. [/ QUOTE ] I have it ... I have a collection of what I consider significant newspapers and magazines... it was right next to my Detroit Free Press newspaper when President Kennedy was assasinated. I am sure they airbrushed here and there but the bottom line is she looks amazing . My friends and I were all in our 30's then (1997) and Farrah was about 50 or 51 and she looked better than most of the 30 year old women. She was also a very underrated actress and had to work hard to get over the Charley's Angels sigmatism and Logan's Run to be considered a serious actor.... RIP She also made appearances in Mayberry RFD , I dream of Jeannie, The Flying Nun, The Partridge Family Emmy Awards Year Result Award Category/Recipient(s) 2003 Nominated Emmy Outstanding Guest Actress in a Drama Series for: "The Guardian" (2001) For playing "Mary Gressler". 1990 Nominated Emmy Outstanding Lead Actress in a Miniseries or a Special for: Small Sacrifices (1989) (TV) 1985 Nominated Emmy Outstanding Lead Actress in a Limited Series or a Special for: The Burning Bed (1984) (TV) Golden Apple Awards Year Result Award Category/Recipient(s) 1975 Nominated Golden Apple Female New Star of the Year Golden Globes, USA Year Result Award Category/Recipient(s) 1990 Nominated Golden Globe Best Performance by an Actress in a Mini-Series or Motion Picture Made for TV for: Small Sacrifices (1989) (TV) 1988 Nominated Golden Globe Best Performance by an Actress in a Mini-Series or Motion Picture Made for TV for: Poor Little Rich Girl: The Barbara Hutton Story (1987) (TV) 1987 Nominated Golden Globe Best Performance by an Actress in a Mini-Series or Motion Picture Made for TV for: Nazi Hunter: The Beate Klarsfeld Story (1986) (TV) Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture - Drama for: Extremities (1986) 1985 Nominated Golden Globe Best Performance by an Actress in a Mini-Series or Motion Picture Made for TV for: The Burning Bed (1984) (TV) 1977 Nominated Golden Globe Best TV Actress - Drama for: "Charlie's Angels" (1976) Independent Spirit Awards Year Result Award Category/Recipient(s) 1998 Nominated Independent Spirit Award Best Supporting Female for: The Apostle (1997) People's Choice Awards, USA Year Result Award Category/Recipient(s) 1977 Won People's Choice Award Favorite Female Performer in a New TV Program Razzie Awards Year Result Award Category/Recipient(s) 1982 Nominated Razzie Award Worst Supporting Actress for: The Cannonball Run (1981) 1981 Nominated Razzie Award Worst Actress for: Saturn 3 (1980) TV Land Awards Year Result Award Category/Recipient(s) 2004 Won TV Land Award Favorite "Fan"-tastic Phenomenon for: "Charlie's Angels" (1976) Most Memorable Mane for: "Charlie's Angels" (1976) Walk of Fame Year Result Award Category/Recipient(s) 1995 - Star on the Walk of Fame Television At 7051 Hollywood Blvd. |
