i just got off the phone with philadelphia mailroom.

they are making a run today to the auction to pick up a lot of stuff to ship to people.

i paid with my paypal debit card.

people have tried that &quot;as is&quot; crap with me before when they sent me junk,and paypal still refunded me.

I think the Paypal rules on refunds are different if it is not an ebay auction payment?

Correct...anytime I use PayPal, I put it on my credit card because there is a lot more protection for me. I NEVER have PayPal take money out of my checking account.

I guess the rules don't apply to you. No wonder PayPal fees keep going up. Its because PayPal users who take a chance and end up not making out file a claim and PayPal eats it. Then PayPal passes the overhead to the customers with fee increases.

Good luck trying to find anyone who's going to feel sorry for Paypal. There fees keep going up because they are greedy just like ebay.
