That is only when you are getting your food. New Mexico has yet to open 100% all of it's businesses. Bars are still closed

It's the first major US city to open,(i.e. New York or Los Angeles)
They're not comparing it to the smaller cities which have less people,like the ones you noted above.

FYI, we were in Silver City NM two weeks ago. The bars and restaurants are wide open no masks required. Even employees are casual with them. We hit most places in Old Downtown very casual and probably 50/50 folks wearing masks on the streets. Pretty cool area. Larry
