Hi Ralph. I think the dealer number is 087? I did a search for zone 16 dealer 007 and all it showed was Zone 16 as North Carolina.
I searched for zone 16 and dealer 087 and came up with “Brook Chevrolet”

The second owner of this car is from North Carolina too. I wonder if the car spent its whole life in NC?
