I will ask the opposite, when was the last COPO?
I remember the mid 80's 1LE Camaro's but not sure if they were COPO or not. |

Through the end of Gen6.
2024 model year is the last I see. All of the newer COPO racers were built at Turn Key Automotive (via contract to GM) in Oxford Mi. 1LE was an RPO. K |

Looks like the last one is going to the Heritage Center.

COPO stands for Central Office Production Order &
Is that a typo, or what does the amp mean. |
Typo.
Some kind of software glitch where the forum inserts that on old threads. K |

"Amp" is short for Ampersand, which is what this symbol is.. &. It's how they software recognized it and copied it as such back then. I've learned to use the word "and" instead, shortly after I typed that after many Bulletin Board sites in the early years of the internet were coding it how you referenced it. I've noticed nearly all the BB sites have upgraded since then to recognize it as written today. |
I never knew that. Ampersand. I must have been smoking in the boys room that day in school, lol
The ampersand (&) is a symbol that represents the word "and." It originated from a ligature of the Latin word "et," meaning "and," and was once considered the 27th letter of the English alphabet. |
