Re: Brents 1969 Hugger Orange Copo Found ?
Just to tune this up a bit:
A few COPOs were built with the M20 wide-ratio 4-speed. Virtually all had 4.10:1 BE axles. One is documented as special ordered with COPO 9511 4.56:1. COPOs built through June '69 do not list positration on their docs as it was initially part of the COPO. On later builds G80 & G84 became required options for $56.90 & $2.15 and included HD cooling. Only COPOs 9560 & 9561 could be ordered with COPO 9737. It included the 140 mph speedo, 15 x 7 rally wheels, HD front stabilizer bar. Around June '69 the price was increased to include a factory tach. |

Re: Brents 1969 Hugger Orange Copo Found ?
As Brent noted it's DynaMotion like the 'Vette pics so isn't this DynoMotion group a completely different bunch and only in operation more recently too?.
The way this whole thread and car has progressed so far is very cool and we all look forward to what's uncovered next!. A picture of the car in DynaMotion paint will be too cool also have those original fenders been off yet?. ~ Pete |

Re: Brents 1969 Hugger Orange Copo Found ?
I find it very interesting that your Copo was a shop car used to advertize Dynamotion and then having a Motion connection.
When do you think they had the car lettered? I'm pretty sure Joel told me he was unaware of the 427 COPO program. Do you think Dymamotion knew and ordered a car and raced it from new? You said you know the history till 1974. I would lean towards thinking there may have been moe than 1 additional owner fomr 1969 till 1974. I would love to know if how early Dynomotion was involved wiht the car- but probably not as much as you Brent. Good Luck! |
Re: Brents 1969 Hugger Orange Copo Found ?
Paul agree as it goes now this is what glenn told me but who really knows can you call joel to find anything out .I think they bought parts from him and i think my car was for Dynamotion shop

Re: Brents 1969 Hugger Orange Copo Found ?
