Wow! I am an emotional wreck. I have only slept a couple of hours......what a team, what a game, what a series! The Best World Series I have ever seen. I have been a long time Cub Fan since 1972. My Heart bleeds for all those Cub fans that never got to see what we all witnessed last night. That rain storm that stopped the game was Devine Intervention. If anyone of you have never ever been to Wrigley Field.....you must go. It is a TRUE piece of heaven. Put it on your Bucket List! I am still in shock. I "grew up" a cubs fan and when the last out was in the mit the tension release was unlike I have ever felt [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/no.gif[/img] I am amazement that the came back from 1-3 I didnt think it was possible but I was hopeful My father used to take me to Wrigley and I remember the last time we went, he was buying the beers and we enjoyed the day. It was an AWESOME SERIES!! I think the Tribe will be back stronger next year when some of their injured players are back and healthy..
I really thought the Indians were going to pull it off when they tied the game up 6/6.. Congrats Cubs... Rich |

Just walked by the Orange line station here at Midway Arprt. The lines were out the doors overflowing with Cub fans. It is a perfect day here for the parade.

What a Great Series!
Game 7 should be ranked as one of the best ever. I remember going to a couple of games as a kid in the 60's when Jack Brickhouse was announcing as Dan said what a magical place. Congratulations Chicago Cubs! Cleveland should be proud of the 2016 Indians! |

Today's Cubs festivities will be like Woodstock in that, about 10 years from now, the number of people who will claim to have been in attendance will be about 10 times the actual attendance.
