The wedges were with the bars that are on the car. I believe them to be vintage Lakewood. We removed them from my 69 Nova that Mike restored in 07 that I think were installed on the Nova when it was new.

Grady

Thank you. Seems like those are harder to find then hens teeth. My oldest son has access to a machine shop. Mech. Eng. student. He's going to make up a set for me. I feel like the ones you're running, full width, are a lot stronger. I'll just run the spring width ones until he's able to finish them.
Thanks again for the info.

Looks like someone gets it.......really thats what these cars should be about, how many of you guys out these that have these COPO's actually know what its like to leave wheels up and bang gears down a drag strip in a special HP solid lifter factory racer? How about you Charlie? Some of you guys have no idea what your missing out on............

Come to the Super Car Reunion and you will see.

Well said Freddie....wheels up and lots of passes with cool cars and COPOs and Yenkos too. Our Copo has been 10.66 all on motor and no bottle.

That is, without a doubt, one of the coolest Camaros ever built. The BB is one of my favorite colors and all of the day two pieces make it unreal.

I think your car is a good example of a decent running COPO that is raced. I understand stock exhaust manifolds do have there place in the COPO world, but how cool is it to take a some what period correct COPO and race it wheels up, you must really enjoy the time you spend at the track. I'am very aware of what goes on at the Super Car Reunion.

Have you ever been to SCR? Come and watch, or bring a car. You will love it.

I have a customer thats been a few times. That would be a long tow for me. I stay busy with my own racing program, but sounds like fun.
