That's cool being a VAN's car I grew up in Topeka and my dad was a salesman at Van-T, I would be sure that car spent some time around the corner from Vans that's were Caterpillar was/is and we drag raced out front the street use to be solid rubber looked like the burnout box at Lawrence strip.

Great story.....I sure wish I could get more history about the car from 1969 to 1977.

Thanks guys....the car is a blast to drive......Especially now that the front suspension is new.

It did hook pretty good my last pass but I finally figured out how to get some heat in the tires.
