As for how they are made I couldnt tell you. The wheels are now long gone..

Plasma cut a piece of HRS-3/8 to about 6-1/2&quot; dia and added a 4-1/2&quot; bolt circle to it and punched 5 holes that were a bit smaller then the knurled edge of a wheel stud. Pressed in the studs and welded a piece of 2-sch 40 to a piece of 3&quot; flat bar. The flat bar length is almost the dia. of the rim (14 &quot;) and screwed to a stud with a 3/8 lag bolt. Very secure and always at the right height. Easy to roll up and easy on the back.


Don't forget to add the correct lug nuts!
