Interesting how the exhaust manifold flanges are painted orange. I would have thought that the mask would have went below that area with the aluminum heads. Looks like a very defined line. Learn something new every day.
With regards to the smog hose running between the heater hoses, I have documented a couple of survivor Chevelles with the hose running that same way but very rarely done that way. |

Love this Camaro.
Anyone know what year the green ISCA sticker is? I have the same one on my car. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/pics...2-isca_pic.jpg |

The ISCA sticker was put on by me. I attended the The World Of Wheels car shows at the Philly Civic Center from 87-93. Then a couple times with the racecar.

Ah, gotcha. Do you know what year the green sticker is, or is that one used for a few years?
Wasn't sure if they changed colors or not, thanks. |

Time for next caretaker

Hey all. I figured this would be the best space to put this update as this thread hosts so much information on the car. First, I want to thank all the members that I have been in touch with since Dads passing. Your kind words and gestures bring a smile to my face. Dad was such a fan of this page and made lasting friendships with many of you.
My sister and I want to make sure Mom is well positioned for the future and whatever that may bring, so the time has come to send the Camaro off to its next care taker. We are currently working with BringaTrailer.com to list and auction the car in the next couple of weeks. I’m not sure of the forum rules, but if someone could let me know if I’m allowed or not, I would like to share that with the members here when it goes live. In posting about this car, it has been so amazing and comforting to see how my dad is remembered in the Camaro community and I am genuinely honored to be able to call him my Dad. Thank you all so much! Below is one of the photos from this past Tuesday for the listing. A beautiful piece of automotive history… |
Wow!! Love to hear it!!!
