Front seat done.

Very nice :)
Rick, I assume....that seat knob is original? Some were Chrome, but most 300 Bench Seats had a Black knob. Check your Garnet Red Post Sedan, did it have a black knob? Dan |
Will check
|
Checked and it's chrome also and has been on the seat when I got the car.
|
Yep, seen it go both ways......perhaps a plant thing or whatever the intaller had on hand that day?
Dan |
Looking good, Rick. FWIW, my silver post sedan has a chrome knob too, but who knows if it's original or not.

A friend bought a '69 Cortez post SS L78 new in May of '69, so I was curious about this car. His was a TH400, so not it, but I still had to read the whole thread. Nice save on the floor and very nice looking car, even though it is red...
I'm interested in knowing contact info for Eric and Kevin. The feeble search I did, didn't come up with their business. Are they still doing paint ? Can PM info, if you'd rather. Thanks |
Thanks guys for the compliments. Lucked out and found the set of wheels NOS for a deal.
I like them way better than the Torque Thrust II's |
Bad ass for sure!
|
Looks awesome with the wheels Rick. Great choice on that car!!!
