I looked in the Berger forum and did not see these posted before, so I hope these aren't repeats.

Cool!

Never heard of a Grand Rapids Camaro.
|
Maybe because Berger is in Grand Rapids?

Oh what I would do for those shelves full of goodies.

Thanks for sharing especially seeing where my 300 Deluxe Chevelle came from!!!

We actually had a gentleman come in with a "Grand Rapids Camaro" a couple of years ago. Matt and Dale both went out and looked it over and confirmed that it was a bonafide Grand Rapids Camaro. He had the special emblems and all. He was actually from the area also.

Wonder if it was along the lines of the Pacesetter sale type of Camaro advertising. |
I did see a Grand Rapids Camaro up in a collection in Michigan a few years ago. It was a soft yellow color, probably the same car that showed up at Berger recently. He also had an orange L78 '69 Camaro for sale, endura bumper cowl hood 4 speed car. the window sticker had the corner with the dealer torn off. With the NCRS se4vice he was able to confirm it was also a Berger car.

Yes it was a soft yellow color, kinda gobi beige-ish color if I remember right.

nice pictures
they also had plans to market the Berger Super Nova I think was going to be an LT1 Nova but not sure if any were built or sold may have been a prototype as there was some promo pictures done for it comes up in a google image search https://www.google.com/search?q=berg...=1506007281739 |
A funny thing about the Super Nova is that the rear wing was off of a Cougar from across the street from Dan Pfeiffer Lincoln-Mercury.
