I thinking Grady would love to have this in his fleet.

Gentleman turned down $175 and the asking price is $225 .
|
Amazing how 50ish years later these cars come out of the woodwork.

You'd really have to see the car and evaluate with your own eyes to place a value on it. If it really needs restored, that number is pretty steep. However, it is a black 4-speed and that is as good as it gets. Phil
|
Why not just ask 325k and get it over with.
|
Is it a survivor or just unrestored?
Regardless it is a wonderful find. Dan |
Nice find but this is the same guy who called everyone here "jealous idiots who don't know anything" when he purchased the "unconverted" Yenko Nova.

The guy that bought the car knows the family well and lives close by. I was told there is rust in quarters.....
|
I love the car but the asking price would have been ambitious even in 2006. IMO.
|
Copo cartel someone told you wrong! Since your so concerned come see it yourself and you then can post the truth!
|
Rgreat69,
First of all, welcome to the site! If you are the lucky buyer of the car being discussed here, let me be among the first to congratulate you on an awesome car. And if the 'rust in the quarters' is untrue, all the better. All of us here would love to see more pictures of it and follow along as it gets cleaned up and ready for whatever happens henceforth. I think you will find everyone here helpful and sympathetic to the car's best interests. |
I am not concerned. Cool your jets ....I was given this info from someone that was there and inspected the car. You must be the new owner 5 houses away that knew the family well....and you are a machinist....now how did I know all that. And it’s funny that the car is forsale so quickly.

I knew this copo well it was owned by my friend he passed in 2003,he was very meticulous with his cars. The car was left to his brother, should be all original, and should be low mileage.
Always wondered how long it would take to be discovered. |
