White/White LS6 convertible, Clarksville TN
Back in the early 80s I see a white white LS6 convertible cruising around. It has some stupid wire wheels on it. But I did see a little blurb about it in Hot Rod magazine. Was it real, does it exist?

There was a white/white LS6 convert in a collection here in WI 20 years ago.

Otis Chandler had a white on white LS6 convertible back in the late 80's, maybe it's his old car? Bench seat with a 4 speed I believe.

When I saw the car it had LS6 automatic, white with black stripes white interior. It was a 15 year old car so I would imagine it's a clone.

https://www.proxibid.com/Collector-C...ation/78974382 Definitely a 454 clone. The car could be a real L34 4-speed convertible, but without a build sheet anything is possible. I’m basing it on the fact that it has a big block steering shaft, a 5500 rpm redline tach, and original 4-speed pedals & hump (for bench seat or non console application). The trim tag shows it was an original cranberry red car with white convertible top and red vinyl bench seat interior. The car is an 11A which makes it too early to be a 454 car, especially with an M22. There is also a tell on that trim tag that shows the car didn’t come with factory stripes so most likely the ZL2 hood is also an add-on. |

----Went back to the pics and can see the passenger side mirror, so it must be a remote mirror added on the pass side! |
