I love chrome reverse. Not sure why most people do not run them. Only look good w/o hubcaps.

I like them!

I like them too.....however IMO, an all Black rear wheel is much more aggressive and has a more muscular look!

They are hard to find. not a lot of them pop up. the newer muilt-bolt pattern just don't look the same

You can buy accurate ones now that are the same as the 60's version not multi fit.

I think Speedway motors sells an original-looking version in the direct bolt patterns.

I thought about ordering a set for some slicks.

Whitetop who has them? thanks

Thanks for the link. That is the best modern chrome wheel that I have seen. Is the center bore of the Wheel Vintiques oversized? Other than that they look very nice and a great price

MonteMike79 03-31-2021 08:07 PM

I have a pair of those 64 wheel vintiques. The wheels don't sit on the hub like original wheels, but other than that they look great. You can also order them in a true reverse with any backspace you want, and its not very expensive. Although at the current moment with covid they are way behind. I'm waiting for a pair I ordered last July.

...you know, I'm local to their City of Industry location and could pick up / ship at a member's expense if that would help anyone out... in case their major delay is in shipping rather than production...

Just a thought friends.
Anthony

When I talked to them on the phone their delay was due to them waiting on parts, or parts coming back from chrome. I ordered through summit and shipping was free. I was told my wheels should ship early May.
