14 Attachment(s)
I have decided to sell my white bubbletop. It is a V8 vin but I can't say what the original engine was in the car. It is now a 409 dual quad 4 speed with 4:11 posi rear. The motor is a 472 cubic inch built by Jack Gibbs with scatter shield, headers with electronic cutouts. Original colors is white with red interior. Radio and heater deletes. The bottom side of the car is all painted black not frame off but all sprayed black with solid floors. Priced at 69,500.

Beautiful car Mick - GLWS.

The car was built at the Janesville plant but it does have one piece California bumpers for a cleaner look. I will try to get some pictures under the car to post, the exhaust is all clean and tight with Borla mufflers.
|
Still for sale. I will have this car at the Hot rod Reunion if anyone wants to see it in person.
|
This car will be on display behind the west grandstands at the US Nationals over the Labor Day weekend as it was one of the top picks at the Hot Rod Reunion this year.

From another earlier post...
"The alternator is a Delco Remy 20DN. I have a 55 gallon drum full of them. Some refer to them as a perforated case alternator." Link...https://www.yenko.net/forum/showthread.php?t=162369 What a great car. |
I considered removing the alternator because I think it looks a little to much like the motor off of an old Maytag ringer washer. I decided to leave it because the old guys that understand them seem to appreciate it. I have only seen them in the past on police cars, taxi cabs and once on a fire chiefs 409 wagon.
