Never heard of that company, but that doesn't mean anything. There are 50 different ones. So not including shipping that would be $5,014 with 9% tax added. Depending on where ya live. I like Advantage lifts, SUPER nice people to deal with. Great warranty on power unit, cables, pulleys etc. ALI certified. Extra goodies always offered. Right now they are giving away a tool box with purchase of a 2- post. And many other cool features. I have talked with them several times. They also are now the dealer for Backyard Buddy Lifts "MADE IN USA". Check out a couple videos on YouTube. When I get ready to buy again, it is going to be one of these companies for sure.
The premium accessory package Includes: Drip Trays (set of 4) Attachable Advantage Flapper end stops for added safety (4 Flappers) Rubber wheel chocks for added safety when jacking up one end of your vehicle (2 chocks) A set of casters with heavy-duty caster wheels (won't cut or mar your painted floor) Rolling Jack Tray (4500 lb. with a drain plug) 36" Aluminum Ramps https://www.advantagelifts.com/produ...backyard-buddy https://www.advantagelifts.com/blogs/videos Good Luck... Advantage Lift bought Backyard Buddy

Tuxedo is just a distributor. It would be nice if they posted what brand it is. It looks like a well known brand and comes with all the accessories, so may not be a bad deal. Send them an email ask who makes it.
Looks like they are out of TX. 800 number to call with questions. http://tuxedoautoequip.com/meet-the-team |
Charley, I noticed that Advantage purchased Backyard Buddy when I was at Mecum Kissimee. Both good lifts.

We have a Challenger lift and love it. Slightly smaller profile and frame which allows for better space allocation in the shop but no sacrifice in tool function

I have Advantage, well built and a great company to deal with.

Another vote for advantage. Very happy with it.

I've got an Advantage, built it in the driveway and rolled it into the garage.

Id go with a name brand. Love my Bend pak lift. No issues at all and works great
|
Have 4 BendPak HD9ST...Slightly Narrower which saves a little space and are 9000 lbs...Full Size Cars fit perfectly...
Know of several other Bend Paks around the area. All Happy... May be tough getting some of these right now, Not sure on prices today either... Thanks Putin.......Sorry...Had to.. |
I've said this before but the Titan lift my son won at MCACN years ago has performed perfectly. It was 2016 when we got it. We are not heavy users but also have not had any issues with it. Mostly used for storage with some wrenching. We assembled it ourselves.

We've had no issues with it, I've been happy with it. I wish it was about a grand cheaper, but that's the current supply chain for you. The casters worked well for moving it the one time I had to. I considered a Bendpak as another option, but it was going to end up being at least another $800, plus I'd have to pick up at freight terminal/set up myself, and it required 240V. I didn't have a 240V plug in the area I wanted to put this lift. |
I have 2 Atlas Lifts. I have had zero issues and Im glad I bought them in 2018 as they were $2500 each delivered to my door. I set them up myself with help of one friend. Second one went together in about 3 hours. First one took all day  but we learned from our mistakes on the second one. It did help that I had a skidsteer with forks
I was surprised to see they have gone up quite a bit since then. $4999 delivered. https://www.tooltopia.com/Atlas-Equi...TEXHPRO8000EXT |
Tuxedo 4 Post Lifts
I have 9 of the Tuxedo FP8K-DX-XLT storage lifts and love them. I bought most of them in the last 24 months and assembled them myself with one other person. They are made in China as are most other lifts except maybe Backyard Buddy. The Tuxedo brand is not ALI certified but their Launch and Ideal brands are ALI certified. I also bought a 2 post lift and paint booth from them. Their support has been excellent and the 4 post storage lifts have 2 locks on each side of the crossbar where it meets the post. I chose the taller storage lift because I can fit a CarCapsule bubble underneath.
|
I have a BackYard Buddy, had it for close to 20 years, never had a problem with it. I do use it just for storage so it probably only goes up and down a couple times a month
