The Brothers Collection
12 Attachment(s)
Many have heard or have seen youtube videos of the collection. In fact in 2020 due to Covid the show was canceled and the Brothers Collection was the defacto MCACN show. This is an amazing collection of Musclecars, but also includes many old, European and modern cars as well.
Here's a link: https://www.hotrod.com/features/the-...museum/photos/ |
Bucket List for sure!
|
how did the Brother's amass the fortune and desire needed to buy, restore and display these amazing cars? What's their story?.
|
In SALEM,OR not open to the public on any regular basis, Im still waiting for an opportunity to drive from Seattle area and see this collection

Wow it’s 5-years ago but lots more pics etc in this previous Brothers’ thread… https://thesupercarregistry.com/foru...d.php?t=153861 :beers: ~ Pete . |
That collection is $400,000,000!
|
I was lucky enough to get an invite last summer, and we saw 660 on display.....took several hours and that's glancing at automotive royalty that any of us would marvel over each one for hours alone. The Brothers have 350 in other buildings either waiting for their turn, or in a prep stage.
I'm looking forward to another chance at it!!! |
Amazing collection of cars; the best of the best. Do these cars get driven?
|
Might want to check out Muscle car of the Week videos on Youtube. They go through many of the Brothers Collection Cars.
|
I'm trying to convince my best friend to make the trip to Oregon with me for their next viewing on 8/17/25.
A members only viewing for members of Supercar Registry would be the ultimate in my opinion and give us all a good excuse to meet members we don't get to connect with at MCACN. A charity event for whoever organized it would be cool too. |
Just bought my tickets! Gonna be Great!
|
There really isn't another Musclecar collection that compares to it.
|
It'll be good to see you there Charley. Haven't seen you since the Playboy Mansion in 2010...fun times!
|
A friend and myself are going to see the Brothers Collection on May 18, should be a nice time. i been wanting to go and see the collection for along time.

|
It would be great to see the collection someday. I've never been to Oregon.

Charley, wasn't that Fisher Body sign yours at one point? Have fun in Mexico!:headbang: |
For those not familiar traveling down the Oregon Coast from the Columbia River
to The Calif Redwoods is VERY scenic ............. Too bad that you mid west and east coast people most likely will never take the time or expense to EXPERIENCE this............. I purchased two general admission tix for Aug 17th (11am) and will be driving down and back same day........................ |

One one rare occasion that I FLEW into Portland, one hour later I was roaming All American Classics (vintage salvage yard) in Vancouver WA. Beautiful scenery, yes. |
Be careful Midwesterners-it can get you. I'm a native Minne-sooootan who came to Seattle for a 2-3 year stint. That was 32 years ago. BTW, got my ticket for the Brothers tour in August. Gotta see these things while they're here. They don't last forever (see Harrah's).
|
I am considering going to The Borthers event August 17th, does anyone know more than the ticket sales website info?
For example: how long is the collection open? Can I spend the whole day Aug 17th inside the collection? I don’t want to travel for a day there and a day to get home and find out it’s a one hour viewing window…… Ryan W31 |

You can stay for hours. You won’t be disappointed

Can you introduce me to the Brothers? :-) Ryan W31 |
I'll be in Mexico but they might be there. Nice guys.
|
I think we spent around 3 hours viewing and saw everything but could spent another 1 or 2 easily.

Charley, can you make any suggestions on what someone who has never been to the area before might find interesting? |
Oregon Sightseeing
SALEM is on the Main !-5 North/South Freeway (Canada to Mexico)
Assuming that you flew into Portland and rented car, your best vacation choices are: 1) come out to the Coast and drive 101 up to Cannon Beach and other places (Search Oregon Coast Sightseeing) 2) You could drive into Central OR and Visit CRATER LAKE Natl Park.... Just depends how much $$$ and time you want to invest into looking around the state of Oregon..........or you could fly into Portland and drive up to Seattle to fly back.........Visiting the Columbia River Gorge, Multnomah Falls, Mt St Helens and Tacoma/Seattle Just a matter of time and money for most people......... I'm a Seattle native if you have specific questions |
I gotta wonder. If these guys want a car is it at any cost?
|
No. They have passed on many cars they wanted because of price. Chuck had great suggestion on stuff to see. I would try to see some giant Redwoods.
|
World of Speed in Wilsonville, just 20 minutes north of the Brother's. I live an hour away and haven't been, but intend to soon. I've personally spent 4 hours at the Brother's, and you can spend twice that if you choose.

I'm told the new Pope & his Brothers would even like to see this collection some day.
|
......and depending on the day, you could visit the Woodburn Dragstrip, about half the way in between the two venues.
