It's Roger Day's car and Wow how quickly things can change for any of us. Noticeable is little mention of its provenance but congrats anyone here who can make this genuine Dick Harrell Supercar theirs! Here's a link to Roger's car story... https://www.yenko.net/forum/showthre...ghlight=rogerd RIP Roger :flag: ~ Pete . |
Damn, was that ever quick. Bummer his wife/kids didn’t or couldn’t keep it.
|
I thought it was Roger's car. Sorry to hear the bad news. Hope they get the mega bucks that this car deserves.
|
WOW! I was NOT Expecting this......so fast!
Someone will get one GREAT CAR! RIP Roger Dan |
RIP Roger... sorry to hear of his passing.
Such a great story on the car, hope it brings more than their wildest dreams. |
Agree with what has been said, sad to see this!!
When my wife passed I hung onto her Bimmer for two years before it was time to pass it on. But everyone's feelings and circumstances are different. Bill W |
I told my kids they each get a car of their choice in order of selection oldest to youngest. At that point they can do what they want with it. Hopefully it is something they can keep and enjoy
|
Yes it is sad to see this car sold, but his wife and kids may not have the ability to maintain a car like this. Its best to get it in the hands of someone who can while it is still in its top condition.
I know my wife supports my car addition but I also know she would be lost having to actually deal with them. I will have everything sold or made the plans of what to do with them. We do have a "tentative" plan for now. |
----RIP Roger!....Bill S
