MCACN OFFICIAL HOST HOTEL UPDATE;

As most of you know, we work really hard to secure great rates and extra special perks for not only our participants, but also for our spectators. We have FIVE Official Host hotels, with four right across the street and the fifth offering door to door shuttle service.

As I write this, we are down to just THREE available rooms at the DoubleTree O'Hare, (aka "party central") and SIX at the Embassy Suites O'Hare. Not to worry as we have availability at the Crowne Plaza O'Hare, the aLoft and the Hyatt Regency O'Hare. Rates are just $119 at the Crowne, $129 at the aLoft and $135 at the Hyatt. These are the only Official Authorized hotels and they know what we are all about, so book your rooms now to be in the middle of all of the action!

Please note, we have direct booking links through our website and we will NEVER have anyone call you to solicit hotel bookings on our behalf. If someone contacts you, whether by phone or E-mail; get rid of them!

Disappointment? You bet... IF YOU MISS THIS SHOW! The commer..comrarardor..comodore..:hmmm:...welcoming warmth from everyone that shares the same CARaziness, despite the make and model preference, is second to none! Although those Chevelle guys are a little goofy, but still! :laugh:

To reiterferate that last paragraph;

1. Dial phone number listed and get smacked in the head for not doing it earlier
2. Reserve hotel room
3. Prepare for sensory shutdown stumbling into show seeing Six Packs, Super Stocks, SS/RSs, and so much more!

The Crowne Plaza is now sold out also. Geee...do you think we are taking over the city of Rosemont? lol

OK; as of today, we have availability at the aLoft for Thursday and Friday ONLY. They have sold out Saturday and Sunday.

We did make arrangements with the Comfort Inn O’Hare Convention Centre, which is about 5 miles away. They have agreed to shuttle our participants and spectators door to door. The rate there is $89 per night + tax.

This one is not in the entertainment district and is not within walking distance. They do have free parking and limited space for trailers also.
