I see the 635276 VIN on a list w/ 9561BA + 72 Paint + 711 but know nothing of what may be original of any car existing today? I also have a handful of old Edmonton Newspaper ads saved for what may be the same car being sold a few times used from 1970-74 w/ different Phone #'s that may help if anyone wants to try backtracking. Here's an ad from the July 20/71 Edmonton Journal, sure sounds like an L72 M40 car?:hmmm: :beers: ~ Pete . |
GM Canada docs are different than mine. Descriptions of springs, etc. are different

and that window sticker...?
|
Cowl seal, wrong valve covers, temp sender hooked to wireloom. What’s with the pink wire running up the intake? Wrong harness?
|
Lh manifold is later style.

Mecum Harrisburg 2019 Lot S122 - '69 Camaro RS L72/M40 Sold @ $165,000 Looking forward to hearing more about the originality of this one. It could be fine and hopefully so but #'s and Paperwork aside, best always keep in mind Canada Paperwork is often a Red Herring for cars best considered guilty until proven otherwise. :beers: ~ Pete . |
15" Rally wheels with no mention or photo of the speedo. 9651 cars came with 14" steelies, rally wheels with 9737 COPO, 140mph speedo.
