62 409/409 starter
 

Looking for a correct starter for our 62 409/409. Thinking it should be an 1107233. Need a December 61 date or early January 62 date.

Jake. The 233 is the one you need. It's also used on the 327s so you'd think there'd be a bunch out there but they are somehow hard to find, and when you do find them, they are expensive because they are also correct for Corvettes, so you have to pay the "Corvette tax".
