13/16 67-69 Camaro Stabilizer Bar
2 Attachment(s)
I ended up with one of these in a parts deal. Would like to sell but not sure what the going rate is. Any guidance would be great!
Shown against a 11/16” front bar for comparison. |
I sold one for $100.... but that was over 20 years ago.
I don't believe you can tell the difference between a bar that came on a double copo (w/ sports car conversion) and one that came on a later Nova with the F41 suspension. If I am wrong on that, I am certain someone here will correct me. Either way, a cool piece. Not many come up for sale. Probably worth 2 to 3 x what I sold mine for. Lose a little on every deal, but make up for it with high volume. |
Thanks, Lynn! I have seen recent prices all over the place, so I'll have to do some more research.

Interested ?!

Sounds good - I will list it after I figure out a price.
Lynn - looking through some old posts, it looks like you got $350 for yours - is that right? -Tony |
That could be correct. Would not surprise me.
Funny, I always remember exactly what I spent; rarely remember what I got! Pulled it off an Orange Camaro at a local salvage yard in the late 70s. Always thought I would put it on my Z. But back then, I thought a 69 Z came with the 13/16 bar. |
9737 COPO only for 1968 and 1969 Camaros

I agree Stefano. Was just saying that with the misinformation I had in the late 70s, I thought a 69 Z came with a 13/16 bar.
I found out a few years later that all first gen Z/28s had the 11/16 bar. |
