Awesome '68 Z/28 Project with Cowl Plenum
Wow...a Sequoia Green Z with a NOS cowl plenum and a horde of other parts.
Engine is NOM but what an awesome project nonetheless. No docs. Stored since '80 and originally sold out of City Chevrolet in San Diego. Luckily you don't get any of this stuff with a SS 4-speed
He States::::: Here are the identifying marks that it is a Z28: It has: *7000 RPM Tachometer *Correct Speedo cable location *Brown tachometer wire to coil *Correct radiator with UH tag *Dual piston calipers *Correct rotors, booster, and master cylinder *4 pack multi leaf rear springs *3/8 fuel line *2 1/4 turn non power steering box *5 15 x 6 rally wheels code DF *Glove box sticker (you can barely make out) *White paint under cowl vent from factory painted Z28 stripes *Console/ gauge package *Drivers side exhaust hanger is off the car but was found in the trunk |
Compare the Paint on the Rear speaker shelf sheet metal with the cowl panel forward edge. Just trying to understand this rare color

Interesting that this is a very early build, 4th week of October '67.
