NCRS - Regional Judging Event - Queen City Chapter

Just returned from the NCRS Regionals in Cincinnati. Took my LT1 for flight judging (received 2nd Flight) and 2 previous owners 1973-2016 & 2016-2018 came out to see the car!
The long term owner was an undercover officer in Cinci in the 70's and did drug buys in the car in downtown cincinnati and used to leave T-tops out with his German Sheppard in the front seat... "in the seedy part of town" his wife injects... lol Can you imagine? Anyway there were some killer cars... many split fuelies 2 Z06's a 67 L88 which passed performance verification (which requires a 10 mile treck through the streets of Sharonsville OH while running the car to 90% of redline etc..) 2 more LT1's and a 72 ZR1. |

The Jay KLINE Z06 was there for BOWTIE signoff, an amazing original unrestored Z06 in Sebring Silver.

Thanks for posting up pix of my 'ol blue '67! You even caught me in the background of another. If I had know you were there we could have had a meet & greet. I looked over yours too, as I do all survivors. NICE!! Bill B's Z06 is incredible and the white '56 blew me away!

Great pics James! Good to see your car out. Did you Bowtie sign off? How did you fair?
Bill - awesome to see your car out for display/education purposes. Such a wonderful example of an unmolested survivor with significant educational value. Dan |
Good job James! Great pictures.
