Radio and Heater Delete

2 Attachment(s)
Looking for some guidance here. I have a complete radio and heater delete set-up for 67 and 68 Camaro. This also includes the speaker and defroster duct block-off pieces which appear to be made out of composite material and painted flat black. I have no idea what this whole set-up is worth. I do know there are re-pops out there for some of these pieces. Looked at completed listings on EBay as well as our own parts sub-forum with really no recent activity to look at. All of what’s pictured I believe to be GM parts. Any help is appreciated.

Looks like original pieces to me although you are missing the attachment hardware for everything except the round block off plate. The speaker and defroster block offs get attached with tape.

Thanks Jon, I believed they used black masking tape to attach the defroster and speaker block-offs.

Paul, yes they used black tape that is kind of like masking tape.

Wasn't it reinforced with fibers/threads, much like duct tape ?

No, it does not have fibers like duct tape or like hockey stick tape.

They use that same type of tape on TV and movie sets as well as photo shoots for masking. It's still available in various widths. I replaced the dried-out tape on my gauge package with this paper tape. Works perfect and looks correct.
