Can't remember what year it was but Jack Murray and I were all over this ZR2 when it showed up at BG seemingly out of nowhere! I had never seen one before (I don't know about Jack). Jack ended up buying the car if memory serves and passed it on a bit later. What a time capsule! If it was a base motor auto it would be the best 72 Corvette out there, then add all the important stuff and make a guess! It could seriously do some big damage to your wallet. I'm not sure but I think it's being sold by a friend out of Indiana, Ed Foss!......Bill S

Interesting that this aluminum headed LS6 Survivor also has orange overspray on the exhaust manifolds but not on the heads - similar to the Survivor 69 L88 we discussed last week.

What do you think it will bring at auction?

----To me that's the right area, but it could climb higher than that. There's a guy in California that seemingly will pay any price for a car he wants, and this is probably on his wish list!.....Bill S

Shouldn't go for higher than a ZR1 or a L88 car. BUT Covid seems to have unearthed $$ from under the mattress that was being saved for a rainy day.

Is this the rainy day??? (wish I had that problem) LOL

IT will for sure go higher than a ZR1... but not a ZL1.
