Very Cool Original '73 Challenger #s 340/4-sp
Neat time capsule car with ancient bias-ply tires and the original drivetrain. Somewhat like I'd imagine seeing on a used car lot in '78....

Not one picture of the engine, interior, trunk or undercarriage? :confused2:

I'm not a huge fan of gold paint(although I owned a gold '78 T/A and a gold '79 Gran Prix) but that Challenger looks good.

Sharp indeed. The year before the big 5 mph bumpers. Clean lines. Would a 340 4bbl have been factory rated at 275 in ‘73? Thought that is what the ‘70 and ‘71s were rated at. Love the quad exhaust and the gold looks good on this one!

Cool car but pics at least 5 years old from this 2014 Hemmings piece... https://www.hemmings.com/blog/2014/0...hallenger-340/ Also, Sam's correct on the Hp mistake and the '73 340 4-Bbl. rating was 240 net. :beers: ~ Pete . |
1973 should have the 5 mph bumpers they must have been taken off

Ebay ad not. And vague, lack of key pictures. The fact that the pics are old ( good detective work Pete). Scam? |
----After seeing Pete's post I would think anyone would be a bit suspicious. The Fastlane license plate is even blanked out......Bill S

I sent the seller a message this morning asking for recent pics and a better description. I'll post up if the seller responds.

I got a very generic response
It's a scam |
